About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Consultant with a strong background and hands-on experience in Human Resources Management. The ideal candidate will be managing all human resource functions in the organization & consult for the clients.

Duties and Responsibilities
Design of Organization structures in line with organizational goals & defining Individual & departmental roles, responsibilities & KPIs.
Design & administration of Performance Management system
Resource Planning & Manage end to end Recruitment
Design & administration of Learning & development
HR budgeting & Control
Structured Employee onboarding & Induction
Employee Relations, Engagement, Welfare & Retention Management
Knowledge of Payroll & Benefits administration
Understanding of Statutory compliances
Process & Analytic mindset
Excellent communication, Presentation and interpersonal skills
Required Qualifications and Skills
MBA - Masters in Business Administration (with focus to Human Resources management).
Minimum 5 years of experience in large or mid-sized organizations, ideally with 3+ years post-MBA in a reputed organization
Strong exposure to ERP and HRMS software(s).
Working experience with Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) - including Excel Formulas and Data Analysis
Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Proven experience in managing teams and cross-functional projects.
Willingness to travel internationally as per project requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in industries such as Business Consulting, Service-related Business or other related
Currently or previously holding position such as Assistant HR Manager / HR Manager or related.
Language Skills
English - Written and Spoken is mandatory
Hindi & Arabic will be considered a plus
Other Details
Must be willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE for this position
Working Schedule : 5 days a week , 9h/day
