Required Qualifications and Skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via chat, voice, and email professionally and promptly.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues.
Meet performance targets including response time and customer feedback.
Adhere to company policies, rotational shifts, and service standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum diploma in any related field.
Excellent English and Vietnamese speaking & communication skills.
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, or related roles.
Willing to work rotational shifts, night shifts, and public holidays.
Must be in Thailand or willing to relocate to Bangkok.
