About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven B2B Sales Executive (HR & Talent Consulting Solutions) to generate new business and expand Talentac Solutions’ HR consulting and talent advisory services across the European market.
This role is 100% sales-focused, with primary responsibility for outbound prospecting, lead generation, and converting opportunities into signed consulting engagements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Duties and Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
Generate new B2B opportunities through structured outbound prospecting: LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calls.
Identify and engage HR Directors, CEOs, and Operations Leaders in target industries.
Present Talentac Solutions’ HR consulting, organizational development, and recruitment services.
Conduct discovery calls and meetings to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
Convert prospects into signed HR consulting or recruitment engagements.
Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets.

Client Relationship & Account Management
Act as the primary commercial point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle.
Maintain long-term relationships to identify opportunities for additional services.
Collaborate internally with Talentac teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Sales Operations & Reporting
Maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) records and pipeline tracking.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation.
Track sales performance metrics, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
Ensure disciplined follow-ups and account management.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. (MBA preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales and/or HR consulting project management.
Experience working within the European markets.
Proven ability to generate business through cold outreach and outbound sales.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and digital prospecting tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Other Details
Remote work model (Flexible 6–7 working hours per day)
Candidate must be legally eligible to work in their current country of residence (No employment visa sponsorship will be provided)

Compensation Structure
Initial 30-45-days performance-based engagement
Incentive-driven compensation during trial phase
Fixed compensation structure to be discussed based on performance and long-term engagement.
