Required Qualifications and Skills
Duties and Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates across various channels
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment systems
Assist in developing job descriptions and recruitment strategies
Manage candidate communications and provide a positive candidate experience
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience (1-3 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Language Required
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage but not required
Other Requirements
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs and priorities
