About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to support our global payroll services. The role involves managing payroll calculations, validations, reporting, and coordination across multiple regions, while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client-approved frameworks. This position supports payroll operations remotely and works closely with internal teams and client stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Duties and Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end payroll processing support (for multiple companies), including gross-to-net calculations
Validate payroll inputs such as attendance, salary changes, allowances, bonuses, and deductions
Prepare payroll registers, payslips, and summary reports
Support multi-country payroll operations and coordinate with client stakeholders or local providers
Review payroll outputs for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Maintain payroll documentation, SOPs, and audit-ready records
Support payroll reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis
Ensure adherence to agreed payroll timelines and SLAs

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing or payroll operations
Strong understanding of payroll calculations, deductions, and payroll controls
Experience working with payroll data across multiple pay cycles or regions is preferred
Hands-on experience or working knowledge of one or more payroll systems such as:
ADP (Global Payroll or Workforce Now)
Paychex
Workday Payroll
SAP Payroll / SuccessFactors
Oracle Payroll
Papaya Global
Deel or similar global payroll platforms


Key Skills required
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Ability to manage confidential payroll information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
Ability to work across time zones when required
Effective communication skills for working with global teams and clients

Other details
Flexible remote or hybrid working model
Working days: 5 days/week - depending on cluster allocated
Must have a reliable internet connection and desktop/laptop
Candidate must be currently residing in their country of origin or eligible to work in current located country.
