About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to drive new business for our HR consulting services across the European region. This is a flexible, results-driven role with performance-based incentives for successful client conversions.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to prospective clients.
Present and pitch our HR consulting services to decision-makers in target businesses.
Identify, qualify, and follow up on leads to drive conversions.
Maintain accurate records of outreach, client interactions, and sales progress in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Achieve or exceed sales targets tied to incentive plans.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in sales or business development for professional services, preferably HR consulting.
Fluent in English; additional fluency in European languages such as French, Dutch, German, or others is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a flexible, incentive-driven environment.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach platforms is a plus.

Presentation & Pitching HR consulting solutions to decision-makers
HR Operations Knowledge – talent management, payroll, recruitment, employee lifecycle
HCM Software Expertise (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, BambooHR, etc.)
Fluency in English & European languages for international client engagement
Self-motivation & Target Orientation
