About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Operations Manager to join our client’s leadership team based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end operational functions including logistics, workshop, fleet, production, and customer support. You will lead departmental heads to ensure seamless coordination, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical understanding, and a focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction, driving overall business performance and growth.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead a team of various departments including workshop, breakdowns, logistics & customer support.
Overall responsible for up time of machinery & optimized maintenance cost of machinery with quality of service.
Planning overall resource requirement & responsible for utilization & efficiency of resources.
Responsible for overall quality, safety, process & ERP adherence defined by the company,
defining & managing the performance & motivating the workforce.
Identifying & defining efficient systems & SOP’s wherever needed.
Managing customer escalations & involving in critical decision making.
Ensure data accuracy, real-time tracking, and performance analytics from the system.
Providing performance reports to the management on a weekly & monthly basis.
Oversee scheduling, dispatching and resource coordination; monitor documentation, compliance
and accuracy; implement best logistics practices to improve turnaround times and service.
Manage fleet utilization, maintenance and replacement planning; track vehicle movement, fuel
and costs; ensure fleet safety, compliance and availability.
Map skill level of people and plan trainings.
Collaborate with finance, sales, and resourcing to align capacity, pricing, and delivery models.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Engineering.
Required Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical or related field.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Heavy Commercial vehicles or construction equipment rental company
Technical Tools: ERP systems, fleet management software, MS Office.

Workdays & Timing: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
