About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our client’s leadership team based in Dubai Investment City (DIC). The ideal candidate will play a central role in driving the organization’s people and administrative strategy. The position oversees end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention, ensuring that talent management aligns with the company’s growth objectives.

Driving the organization’s people and administrative strategy.
Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention, ensuring that talent management aligns with the company’s growth objectives.
Administering the Performance Management System (PMS), managing payroll inputs, attendance, and leave, and maintaining strict adherence to UAE labor laws, internal policies, and compliance frameworks.
Supervises all aspects of office management, vendor coordination, travel and accommodation logistics, and the upkeep of documentation, filing, and legal renewals such as licenses, permits, and visas.
Ensure seamless operations by leveraging ERP-driven HR and administrative modules for data accuracy and process efficiency.
Collaborates with leadership to translate organizational goals into actionable HR strategies, develop analytical HR dashboards and reports, and foster a strong workplace culture through engagement, well-being, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Advance digital transformation within HR and administration, ensuring the company’s people and process frameworks remain robust, compliant, and future-ready.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration (MBA(HR) Preferred)
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in HR and Admin roles
Problem-solving
ERP proficiency
Excellent skills at Microsoft Office
Multitasking with a organized working attitude
Decision-making under pressure
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and ERP systems.
Excellent at communication & Interpersonal Skills, Conflict Resolution & Negotiation
Language Proficiency
English & Hindi (Mandatory)

Working hours: Monday to Friday / 8.30am - 5.30pm
Should be in a commutable distance within Dubai, United Arab Emirates
