About the Role
We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance function, act as a strategic partner for capital planning, fundraising, and financial modelling, while ensuring financial governance, IFRS compliance, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as the strategic finance lead to the CEO, driving long-term planning and growth strategy execution.
Lead fundraising and capital-raising execution, including financial modeling and due diligence support.
Drive valuation improvement initiatives through capital structure optimization and working capital efficiency.
Own cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and fund usage management aligned with strategic priorities. Establish and strengthen financial governance and internal controls in compliance with IFRS.
Oversee the accounting process and ensure timely monthly/annual closings.
Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting; perform variance analysis against actuals.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPIs regarding financial performance and capital efficiency. Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and advisors regarding capital and funding.
Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team, setting performance targets and driving process improvements.
Oversee accounting systems and ERP tools, ensuring documentation and controls are maintained.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (CA/CPA/ACCA preferred)
Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance and Accounting (Min 3-5 years in leadership role)
Hands-on experience with Advanced Microsoft Excel, ERP Systems and Accounting Softwares.

Other Details:
Working days and hours : Monday to Friday (9 hrs/day) 8:30 until 17:30
Candidate should be currently in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
