About the Role
We are seeking for dynamic and experienced Business Manager (CEO's Office) for our client based in Dubai, UAE to plan, run and coordinate strategic projects for the CEO office, manage & control different stakeholders, track decisions and ensure closure.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
Act as the CEO Office project lead for corporate restructuring and strategic projects.
Coordinate with external consultants, lawyers, tax advisers, auditors, banks, authorities and internal teams.
Support project activities relating to SPV formation, unit de-linking, holding structures and legal-entity changes.
Understand consultant recommendations and break them into tasks, owners, due dates, dependencies and decision points.
Ask relevant questions to clarify logic, assumptions, documents required, risks and timelines.
Maintain master project tracker, action register, decision log, risk/dependency log and weekly status dashboard.
Follow up with Finance, Legal, Sales/Admin, Operations, IT/ERP, consultants and other departments for closure.
Identify gaps, delays and risks early and escalate to the CEO with facts, impact, options and recommended next step.
Prepare clear MOMs, CEO updates and consultant follow-up notes.
Ensure deliverables, approvals, files and decisions are properly documented and traceable.
Handle confidential business, financial, legal and family-business information with discretion.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Law, Management, Engineering or related field.
Preferred Qualification: Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or PMP/PRINCE2/project-management certification, LLB, CS, corporate-services or governance qualification.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management of Strategic Projects or Corporate Restructuring Projects. (including a minimum 3 years within UAE/GCC experience)
Industry Experience within Real Estate for Coordinating Cross-Functional Strategic Projects from the Head Office with Internal Departments and External Consultants/Advisers.
Hands-on Experience with Advanced Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook, MS Project / Monday.com / Smartsheet / Asana or similar project-tracking tools. (ERP or CRM exposure preferred)

and senior management
Strong follow-up discipline, escalation judgement and closure mindset
Clear MOMs, decision logs, dashboards and CEO updates
Confident English communication with CEO, department heads, consultants, lawyers and
advisers
Dynamic, assertive, presentable and commercially practical personality
High confidentiality and professional maturity
Language Skills
Fluent Verbal Skills at Arabic and English.
Well versed at written English for communication, documentation and presentation skills.
Other Details:
Working days and hours: Sunday to Friday (9 hrs/day - 5.5 days/week) 8:30 until 17:30 (or based on project/client requirements)
Location & Mobility: Currently based in Ajman, UAE and flexible to travel across UAE/GCC for project phase when required for office and authority coordination.
