About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team in the UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads, converting prospects into long-term clients, and contributing directly to the firm’s revenue growth. The position requires strong relationship-building skills, a consultative sales approach, and a solid understanding of UAE tax, accounting, audit, and compliance services.

Duties and Responsibilities
Follow up on inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and direct inquiries, while also generating new business through networking, referrals, partnerships, and outbound outreach.
Present the firm’s tax, accounting, audit, and compliance services clearly and confidently to prospective clients, conducting detailed needs assessments to identify suitable solutions, as well as upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Convert prospects through structured follow-ups, negotiations, and consultative selling techniques, while maintaining a strong and healthy sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with SMEs, startups, and professionals across the UAE, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, follow-ups, proposals, and closures in CRM or tracking systems, and prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Coordinate closely with internal tax, accounting, audit, and compliance teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, service handover, and overall client satisfaction.
Attend business meetings, networking events, and client presentations as required to support business development initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within accounting, audit, tax, or professional services firms
Strong understanding of the UAE business environment and SME landscape
Familiarity with UAE taxation, with basic knowledge of IFRS and audit-related services
Proven ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
