About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead and oversee global business excellence initiatives, managing both marketing associates and recruitment executives. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across recruitment and HR consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery, client satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and manage a cross-functional team of marketing associates and recruitment executives
Oversee end-to-end operations for recruitment and HR consulting projects
Proactively identify, engage, and close projects with potential clients
Conduct one-on-one client conversations to present current services and solutions
Discuss and finalize project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and budgets
Ensure effective execution and quality control of services delivered to clients
Coordinate internal teams to meet project milestones and performance targets
Prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate tracking using CRM systems, calendars, and reporting tools
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a related field
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of Asian, Middle Eastern, or European languages is a strong advantage
Proven experience in team management and cross-functional coordination
Strong understanding of CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and workflow tools
Highly organized, calendar-oriented, and deadline-driven
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Work Model & Requirements
Flexible hybrid work mode
Daily commitment of 6–7 hours with a flexible schedule
Must have a reliable internet connection and desktop/laptop
Candidate must be currently residing in their country of origin
Other Details
Up to 90 days trial phase
Compensation during the trial period will be flexible and performance-based, with scope for long-term engagement based on outcomes
