About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Gallery Associate to join our client's team in Dubai. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the gallery, coordinate exhibitions and events, manage administrative processes, and ensure a professional and welcoming experience for visitors, artists, and stakeholders. You will play a key part in maintaining the gallery’s standards and creating a seamless environment for both artistic presentation and client engagement.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing gallery exhibitions and events.
Coordinate with artists, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Manage daily administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting.
Oversee the display, presentation, and upkeep of artwork.
Provide excellent visitor support and maintain a professional gallery environment.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 3 years’ UAE experience in administration, event coordination, or gallery operations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Presentable, professional, and fluent in English (mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in galleries, art spaces, or event management.

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
