About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to Managing Director (EA To MD) to provide high-quality executive leverage to the MD by managing the office rhythm, ensuring follow-through on priorities, representing the MD strongly, and adding a strategic layer to day-to-day executive support.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the MD’s calendar, priorities, meetings, travel, follow-ups, and executive communications with strong judgment and discipline.
Act as the MD’s leverage arm by converting discussions, priorities, and review points into structured actions, decision notes, and closure tracking.
Bring a strategic layer to the role by helping the MD synthesize business issues, identify priorities, prepare viewpoints, and stay ahead of critical matters.
Serve as a strong and credible face of the MD with internal leaders, external stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Prepare high-quality briefs, dashboards, review packs, talking points, presentations, and executive summaries for

Track cross-functional priorities across projects, commercial, sales, finance, and leadership actions and ensure

Build executive visibility on what needs the MD’s attention, what can be delegated, and what must be escalated.
Support the MD in management reviews, board-style discussions, leadership meetings, and business planning forums.
Ensure meeting outcomes are translated into action, accountability, timelines, and closure rather than remaining as unstructured conversations.
Apply strong discretion, confidentiality, judgment, and maturity in handling sensitive business and leadership matters.
Challenge weak preparation, incomplete follow-up, or poor-quality inputs before they reach the MD.
Help create a sharper executive office rhythm by improving coordination, responsiveness, decision support, and
leadership productivity.
Bring structure to strategic initiatives, expansion-related work, and high-priority business matters that sit directly with
the MD.
Represent the MD’s office with confidence, intelligence, speed, and professionalism at all times.
