About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Supervisor to join our client’s operations team in Dubai Investment City (DIC). The role involves overseeing daily service operations, managing a service team, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to maintain smooth service workflows and uphold operational excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate the activities of the service team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Ensure service delivery meets company standards and customer expectations.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve performance and quality goals.
Prepare service schedules and assign duties to staff based on workload and priorities.
Ensure tools, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained and used efficiently.
Maintain accurate service records, reports, and performance documentation.
Collaborate with logistics, operations, and technical teams to enhance service delivery.
Implement company policies on health, safety, and operational compliance.
Assist management in achieving departmental targets and continuous service improvement.

Required Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in Supervisory role for service operations or operations environments.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
Proficiency in MS Office tools; exposure to Service Management Systems systems preferredManageme
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Ability to resolve conflicts and handle pressure effectively.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Time management and multitasking.
Process improvement and attention to detail.
Adaptability and proactive work approach.

Sector/Industry Experience
Mandatory: Mechanical, generator, or vehicle service industry.
Preferred: Operations or maintenance service sectors.

Language Proficiency
Mandatory: English (written & spoken).

Other Details
Benefits: As per UAE labor law.
Workdays & Timing: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
