About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our client's team from India. In this role, you will be responsible to strengthen sales execution for industrial equipment’s / solutions by generating leads, developing customers, and converting opportunities into sales. The role requires strong Indian market experience, technical understanding, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships across construction, industrial, logistics, and infrastructure sectors.

Duties and Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and develop customer base in the assigned market
Promote and sell industrial products / solutions to contractors, industries, and other target customers
Meet prospective and existing customers regularly to understand requirements and convert opportunities
Prepare quotations, follow up actively, and work towards order closure
Coordinate with internal teams for technical inputs, pricing, documentation, and timely execution
Maintain regular follow-up on inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and pending closures
Achieve sales targets in line with business plan and market potential
Track customer requirements, competitor activity, and market developments
Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and long-term account development
Maintain accurate updates in CRM and submit timely sales reports / visit reports
Support collection follow-up and coordinate for smooth order execution where required
Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions


Required Qualifications and Skills
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
3+ years of Sales Experience in Industrial Solutions / Industrial Trading
Industry Experience mainly Industrial Equipment’s & Solutions / Industrial Trading Sales (i.e. Trading of Industrial Equipment | Construction Materials | Power Solutions)
Strong Knowledge of Trading of Industrial Equipment, Construction Materials, Power Solutions, Solar & Automation
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Workdays & Timing: 6 Days a week, 9 hrs. a day
Candidate should possess a valid driving license for this role.
