About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedIT Manager for our client based in Ajman, UAE to oversee and optimize the organization’s IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives across all group companies. The ideal candidate will manage Oracle NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CRM, cloud environments, IT operations, vendor coordination, and business system integrations while ensuring security, scalability, performance, and uninterrupted technology support for business operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization’s entire IT infrastructure including servers, networks, firewalls, routers, switches, and end-user systems across all group companies.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of IT systems supporting real estate development and operational activities.
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle NetSuite ERP system
including finance, procurement, project accounting, fixed assets, and reporting modules.
- Ensure seamless integration between NetSuite and other business systems used within the organization.
- Administer Salesforce CRM including user management, role hierarchies, permissions, and security
settings.
- Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, automation, reports, and dashboards to support sales, leasing, and customer relationship processes.
- Ensure proper lead management, pipeline tracking, and data accuracy across the CRM.
- Manage cloud platforms and services including data storage, backup solutions, disaster recovery
systems, and cloud migration projects.
- Ensure secure handling of company data across cloud environments and maintain data integrity, availability, and compliance with internal policies.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect organizational data,
systems, and networks.
- Monitor security threats, manage firewalls and endpoint protection systems, and ensure compliance with industry best practices and data protection standards.
- Oversee all enterprise applications including ERP, CRM, HR systems, property management systems,
accounting software, and custom-built applications.
- Ensure proper licensing, updates, integration, and smooth functioning of all software platforms used across departments.
- Manage procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT hardware including desktops, laptops,
servers, printers, networking devices, CCTV systems, and access control systems.
- Maintain an updated inventory of all IT assets and ensure lifecycle management.
- Lead integration of business systems such as Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, property management
software, and other internal platforms.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, automation, and data visibility across departments.
- Supervise IT support operations to ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and network-
related issues.
- Establish helpdesk procedures, ticketing systems, and service level standards for internal users across all departments.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors, software providers, cloud service providers, and telecom
companies.
- Manage service contracts, negotiations, renewals, and performance evaluations of third- party IT service providers.
- Ensure regular data backups, secure storage, and disaster recovery planning.
- Develop and test recovery procedures to ensure business continuity in case of system failure or cyber incidents.
- Prepare IT reports, system performance analysis, project updates, and infrastructure documentation.
- Maintain proper records of configurations, system changes, licenses, and security protocols.
- Lead and supervise the internal IT team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure effective coordination between IT and all business departments to support operational needs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 8–12 years of IT experience, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
Industry experience in real estate or multi-company group environment preferred.
Key Skills
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM administration and customization.
Strong knowledge of Oracle NetSuite ERP system.
Experience in cloud platforms, cybersecurity frameworks, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
Proficiency in network administration, server management, and system integration.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Language Skills
Fluent at English (written and spoken)
Arabic will be considered a plus
Other Details
Preferred Joining Date: Immediate / As soon as possible
Workdays & Timing: Sunday to Thursday (8:30am to 5:30pm)
Location/Mobility: Currently or willing to relocate to Ajman, UAE.
