About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Management Lead to join our client’s operations team based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in to oversee inventory operations and support efficient stock management across the organization. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory control, warehouse/store operations, stock reconciliation, ERP systems, MIS reporting, and cost optimization.

Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day inventory operations and ensure smooth stock movement.
Supervise and guide the Store Incharge and store team in daily inventory activities.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability as per operational requirements.
Maintain accurate inventory records through proper system updates and documentation.
Ensure regular reconciliation between physical stock and system stock.
Identify stock variances, investigate reasons, and coordinate corrective
actions.
Prepare inventory-related reports, compatibility reports, stock movement reports, and MIS reports.
Analyze fast-moving, slow-moving, non-moving, excess, and shortage stock items.
Coordinate with operations, purchase, finance, and store teams for inventory requirements.
Support cost control by monitoring stock levels and reducing excess inventory and holding costs.
Ensure compliance with company inventory procedures, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
Recommend and implement process improvements to increase inventory accuracy and efficiency.
Support management with accurate inventory data for decision making.

Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com)/M.com in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, store management, supply chain, or related functions.
Industry Experience with Automobile Spare Parts, Construction, Machinery or Heavy-Equipments Rental.

Key Skills
Strong knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
Good understanding of store and warehouse operations.
Ability to analyze stock data and prepare reports.
ERP/system proficiency for inventory tracking.
Strong MS Excel and reporting skills.
Team supervision and coordination skills.
Cost optimization and process improvement mindset.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle operational pressure.

Language Proficiency
Fluent at English (written and spoken)
Malayalam, Tamil along Hindi will be considered an advantage

Other Details
Candidates should be currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai.
Working hours: 6 days per week, 9 hours per day
