About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Human Resources (HR) & Admin Manager to join our client’s leadership team based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will play a central role in driving the organization’s people and administrative strategy. The position oversees end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention, ensuring that talent management aligns with the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications et compétences requises

Duties and Responsibilities
Develop workforce plans aligned with business targets & Coordinate mobilization/demobilization.
Plan and manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding.
Create and maintain organizational charts, job descriptions, KPI’s and role clarity
Plan and implement training & development programs
Implement performance Management & appraisal systems
Drive employee engagement, Rewards & recognition, welfare and grievance management.
Oversee payroll, leave management, and benefits administration.
Maintain HR policies, employee documentation, and HRMIS records, conduct periodic HR Audits.
Prepare and monitor HR-related budgets.
Develop analytic HR dashboards & reports to present to management.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, Legal and statutory requirements.
Manage office administration, PRO coordination and vendor management.

Required Qualifications and Skills
Master’s degree in Human Resources
Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR with at least 2 years in Managerial position
Relative industry experience within Engineering, construction, service, Projects, Manufacturing or equipment- related industries.
ERP proficiency
Excellent skills at Microsoft Office
Multitasking with a organized working attitude
Decision-making under pressure
Strong knowledge of HRMS and ERP systems.
Excellent at communication & Interpersonal Skills, Conflict Resolution & Negotiation

Language Proficiency
English (written and spoken fluency)


Other Details
Working hours: Monday to Saturday / 8.30am - 5.30pm
Should be in a commutable distance within Dubai, UAE or ready to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
