About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analytics, MIS & Project Coordinator to join our client’s fast-paced team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data to drive strategic decisions, maintaining MIS for operational transparency, and coordinating cross-functional projects to ensure timely execution and alignment with business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities :
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales/margin performance to generate actionable insights for senior management.
Develop, manage, and improve Management Information Systems (MIS) to ensure accurate, real-time, and automated reporting across departments.
Design and deliver interactive dashboards and performance reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to support business monitoring and strategy development.
Coordinate and oversee cross-departmental projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables align with company objectives.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions to improve operational performance.
Support management in decision-making by providing regular trend analysis, forecasting models, and variance reports.
Act as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure smooth data integration and project alignment.
Monitor project progress, risks, and resource utilization, and prepare status updates for leadership.
Maintain data governance, integrity, and compliance across systems and reporting functions.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in business analytics, MIS, or project coordination roles, preferably in a corporate or wholesale environment.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies; PMP certification is a plus.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to coordinate across departments.
