About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our HR, people, and workforce operations outsourcing services. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and shared HR services for multiple client accounts, while working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders in a remote or hybrid environment.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Duties and Responsibilities
Support end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle
Manage employee records, HR documentation, contracts, and letters
Coordinate onboarding, probation, confirmation, and offboarding processes
Support leave, attendance, and HR policy administration
Act as part of a shared HR services or virtual HR team for assigned clients
Respond to employee queries through HR helpdesk or service channels
Maintain HR data, trackers, and reporting dashboards
Support HR audits, process documentation, and SOP maintenance
Coordinate with payroll and recruitment teams as required
Qualifications & Skills
Masters in Human Resources or MBA (Human Resources)
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or people operations
Practical understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
Experience supporting HR operations across multiple teams or clients is preferred
Working knowledge of HR systems or tools such as:
ADP (Global Payroll or Workforce Now)
Paychex
Workday Payroll
SAP Payroll / SuccessFactors
Oracle Payroll
Papaya Global
Zoho HR
Deel or similar global payroll platforms
Key Skills required
Strong organizational and documentation skills
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work across time zones when required
Effective communication skills for working with global teams and clients

Flexible remote or hybrid working model
Working days: 5 days/week - depending on cluster allocated
Must have a reliable internet connection and desktop/laptop
Candidate must be currently residing in their country of origin or eligible to work in current located country
