About the Role
We are seeking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development and Relationship Executive to expand our client's customer base in Dubai, UAE by building trusted business relationships, identifying qualified opportunities and ensuring a smooth handover to sales team for closure, following it through until first business completion.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Actively participate in BNI, IPA and other relevant networking platforms.
Build relationships with business owners, finance leaders, entrepreneurs and referral partners.
Understand business needs and identify opportunities for Tax, VAT, accounting, Audit and Compliance services.
Qualify leads before passing them to the internal team.
Make a warm and complete handover to the team, including the requirement, decision-maker, urgency and agreed next step.
Continue as the relationship sponsor until the first paid business transaction is completed.
Coordinate with the Leadership and the Team Manager, who will own technical discovery, service selection, proposal and conversion.
Maintain all contacts, follow-ups, handovers and next actions in the CRM.
Submit weekly updates on networking activity, relationship progress, qualified leads, handovers and first conversions.
Follow the approved journey: Networking → Relationship Building → Lead Identification → Handover to Team/Leadership → First Business Conversion → Internal Team Upselling & Account Growth.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree of Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in UAE B2B Business Development, Networking, Relationship Management or Professional Services Sales (Accounting Service)
Industry Experience within B2B Professional Services, Tax, Accounting, Audit, Business Setup, Banking, Insurance, Legal, Consultancy or Related sectors. (UAE SME and business-owner network exposure)
Mandatory hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM or similar.

Understanding of UAE tax, VAT, accounting and audit services
End to end business development & sales process understanding
Energetic and confident in meeting new people
Strong relationship-building and networking ability
Ability to create trust with business owners and decision-makers
Commercially driven, persistent and disciplined in follow-ups
Ability to identify genuine opportunities and qualify leads
Professional handover and coordination with internal teams
Good CRM discipline and reporting skills
Language Skills
Fluent at English and Malayalam (written and spoken)
Hindi Language will be considered a plus
Other Details:
Working days and hours : Monday to Friday (9 hrs/day) 8:30 until 17:30
Candidate should be currently in the United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Regular Travel Required for Networking Events and Client Meetings across the UAE
A valid UAE Driving License is required for this role.
