About the Role
We are seeking for a Artificial Intelligence (Ai) Solutions and Automation Developer on a full-time scale remote basis supporting our client based in Dubai, UAE to add dedicated hands-on development capacity within Product Technology Development. The role will convert solution concepts defined by the Product Technology Lead into deployable client applications, AI-enabled tools, automations, dashboards and system integrations; support implementation, user training and stabilization; and reduce dependency on the lead for day-to-day building and technical execution.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Convert product concepts, process maps and business requirements into technical designs, development plans and deployable solutions.
• Develop responsive client-facing and internal applications, portals, dashboards, AI assistants, agents and workflow tools.
• Build reliable automations for reporting, data movement, alerts, approvals, document workflows and repetitive operations.
• Integrate solutions with ERP, CRM, Google Workspace, Microsoft tools, Notion, databases and third-party platforms through APIs and webhooks.
• Implement LLM components such as structured outputs, retrieval, tool calling, validation, fallback logic, guardrails and evaluation checks.
• Design appropriate data models, user roles, access controls, audit trails, error logs, backup and recovery approaches.
• Use code, low-code and AI-assisted development appropriately, avoiding fragile prototypes that cannot be maintained or scaled.
• Prepare test cases, conduct functional testing, support UAT, resolve defects and manage version-controlled releases through stabilization.
• Demonstrate solutions, train end users and administrators, prepare user guides and complete formal technical handover.
• Provide post-go-live troubleshooting, tuning and enhancement support within agreed priorities and timelines.
• Coordinate with external AI/software partners, clarify requirements, review outputs, track actions and escalate delivery risks.
• Evaluate emerging tools, build proof-of-concepts and recommend whether they should be adopted, piloted or rejected.
• Maintain reusable code, templates, technical documentation and repositories; track work and own timely delivery.
• Travel and work at client locations during validation, implementation, training and stabilization when required.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor of Engineering or Technology (B.E/B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or another directly relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Application Development, Business Automation, Systems Integration, Low-code Development, Dashboard Solutions or AI-enabled product implementation. (Must demonstrate hands-on ownership of solutions that were deployed and used)
• Well versed with Application development, software/product implementation, automation, systems integration, data solutions or AI solution delivery.
• Industry Experience mainly within Technology Consulting, SME digital transformation, ERP/business applications, trading, manufacturing, services or project-based businesses.
• Core: Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript; REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and OAuth; SQL/databases; Git/version control.
• Business app development: Google Apps Script or a comparable low-code platform; responsive web application fundamentals.
• Preferred: n8n, Make or Power Automate; LLM APIs, RAG and agent workflows; Power BI or Looker Studio; Firebase, Supabase or cloud services.
Key Skills:
• Hands-on development of practical business applications, portals, internal tools and dashboards.
• Translation of business requirements and product concepts into technical designs and working solutions.
• AI/LLM implementation, including structured outputs, retrieval, tool use, guardrails and evaluation.
• AI Agents and Agentic AI Implementation.
• Workflow automation across email, spreadsheets, databases, CRM, ERP and collaboration tools.
• API integration, data modelling, access controls, audit trails and error-handling logic.
• Testing, debugging, UAT support, version control, deployment and production stabilization.
• Clean UI/UX judgement for usable and responsive interfaces.
• Client demonstrations, user training, technical documentation and formal handover.
• Ownership, structured problem-solving, learning agility and disciplined follow-through.
• Good written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
Language Skills
Fluent at English (written and spoken)
Arabic or 2nd Languages will be considered a plus
Other Details:
Working days and hours: Monday to Friday (9 hrs/day) 8:30 until 17:30 (flexibility during client deployments and production releases)
Location & Mobility: Remote (WFH mode) as well candidate should be flexible for overseas travel for client deployments when required.
